If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

GRADAAA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GRADAAA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Swimwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and hygienic liners intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, makeup, perfume, or alterations cannot be returned.
  • Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale unless required by law.

8. Pre-Orders

Products marked as pre-order are expected to ship within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.

Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to production, manufacturing, customs, or shipping delays.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept these possible delays.
