GRADAAA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GRADAAA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
